Postage and packaging for the UK is £2.50 for the first item and £0.75 for each additional item with a maximum postage and packing charge of £5.00.

Postage and packaging for the Europe is £4.00 for the first item and £0.85 for each additional item with a maximum postage and packing charge of £8.00.

Postage and packaging for the USA and Canada is £5.50 for the first item and £0.90 for each additional item with a maximum postage and packing charge of £10.00.

Postage and packaging for the rest of the world is £10.00 for the first item and £2.00 for each additional item with a maximum postage and packing charge of £24.00.

Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of your cleared payment. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. (Please check your spam or bulk mail box if you did not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.) Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information. Please note that packages are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within seven days of delivery. Should you choose to cancel your order you can return the goods, at your own expense and receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. As soon as we receive notification that an order is to be cancelled we will refund the relevant parts of your order when we receive the goods from you in an unused condition.

Notification of faulty goods should be made within seven days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Under this warranty we will replace or issue credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Where goods are found to be faulty the cost of the goods and postage will be refunded.

Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.

All goods returned are at the sender\’s expense. A refund of shipping costs will only be considered if the return is a result of our error.
